To have the Windows CE device alert you with time-specific reminders, create them in a new appointment in Microsoft Outlook on the desktop computer with which you synchronize:
  1. Click Calendar in the Folder List, and then click New. If you do not see the Folder List, click Folder List on the View menu.
  2. Set the Start time for the appointment, and then verify that the Reminder check box is selected.
