SYMPTOMS

When you click a JavaScript link within a frameset on a secure Web site, you may receive the following incorrect informational message:

This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items?

CAUSE

This problem can be caused if Internet Explorer is unable to determine whether or not the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) connects to a secure Web site.

RESOLUTION
