When you press the Windows key while you are using Windows Media Player to play an audio file in Full-Screen mode, the Start menu does not appear.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the Windows key is disabled while Windows Media Player is in Full-Screen mode.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, use any of the following methods:
- Press ALT+ENTER.
- Press ALT+TAB.
- Press ESC.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
