XCCC: Unable to Display Dialog Box When Creating a Conference Calendar Mailbox (273575)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to create a Site Conference Calendar mailbox, you may receive the following error message:
Exchange Conferencing
Unable to display the requested dialog box.

CAUSE

The Active Conferencing Host server has not been defined.

RESOLUTION

Open the Conference Management Service, and on the General tab, select an Active Conferencing Host server. After you do so, the Site Conference Calendar mailbox can be created.

MORE INFORMATION

This problem can occur if a complete Exchange Conferencing Service has been installed on more than one server within the same Microsoft Windows 2000 site, and then removed.
