SYMPTOMS

Certain Entourage keystrokes may not be consistent with those that you can use in the Outlook for Macintosh, Exchange Server Edition.

CAUSE

Entourage keystrokes are primarily designed to be consistent with those keystrokes that you can use in Microsoft Office 2001 for Macintosh. Some keystrokes may vary between programs.

MORE INFORMATION

When you use certain keystrokes in Outlook for Macintosh, Exchange Server Edition, those keystrokes may not be consistent with the available keystrokes in Entourage. For example, when you press COMMAND+K in Outlook, the program runs the Check Names action for address resolution. In Entourage, the same keystroke runs the Send Message Now action.
