ENT2001: Toolbars Are Unavailable After You Print When the Tip of the Day Is Displayed (273524)

SYMPTOMS

If you print an Entourage item while the Tip of the Day is displayed, toolbars in Entourage may become unavailable.

CAUSE

This problem occurs when you use the Toolbar button or click Print on the File menu.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, click OK to close the Tip of the Day, and then open and close a message after you print.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, close the Tip of the Day after you start up Entourage and before you print.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
