SYMPTOMS

The Apple Macintosh Keychain feature is not supported in Entourage.

The Keychain feature stores passwords and passphrases for both security and encryption in the Apple Macintosh Operating System (Mac OS).

In Entourage, passwords are stored for access to mail servers internally. You do not receive a Keychain Access prompt when you attempt to send and receive e-mail messages.
