XADM: Read Receipt Is Not Sent When Messages Are Read in Public Folders (273070)

SYMPTOMS

If you send a message with a read receipt to a public folder, and another user reads the delivered message in the folder, you do not receive a read receipt. However, if you send a message with a delivery receipt to a public folder, you receive a delivery receipt.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
