SUMMARY

You can schedule a single folder to replicate as often as necessary to ensure that all replicas remain current. When you set a schedule for a specific folder, it overrides the parent folder schedule and the database schedule.

To schedule replication for a single folder:
  1. On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
  2. Click to expand Administrative Group.
  3. In the console tree, click to expand Folders, and then expand the folder hierarchy which contains the store you just created.
  4. Right-click a folder, and then click Properties.
  5. On the Replication tab, click Customize to create a new schedule.
  6. Click the times you want to schedule replication.
  7. Set the Detail view to display time in blocks of 60 minutes or 15 minutes.
  8. For each day of the week, click the block of time on the grid for the time you want replication to take place.
