Invoking File/Folder Shortcut Menu Disconnects InterDrive Share (269443)

SYMPTOMS

When you access the shortcut menu for a file or folder on a non-Server Message Block (SMB) share, an unexpected disconnect is issued to the network provider and the share is disconnected.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
