ENT2001: Message Focus Changes When You Try to View Messages Related to a Thread (268696)

SYMPTOMS

If you click a message and then click Threaded to view all messages that are related in the message thread, the focus is shifted from the message that you originally selected.

CAUSE

The Entourage view maintains the sort setting of the view that is currently in effect.

MORE INFORMATION

The Threaded view is a global view for all messages in the current folder, and not for the currently selected message. When you click the option to display message threads, the view is resorted to conform to the original view.
