ENT2001: Read Messages Display As Unread After You Import from Eudora (268665)

SYMPTOMS

When you import messages from Eudora and Netscape mailboxes to Entourage, previously read messages display as unread messages.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the status of Eudora messages is stored in a location that the Entourage importer cannot read.
