Mute button does not function when you use streaming media clip (268555)

After you start a streaming media clip and you try to mute its sound volume, you can still hear sound from Windows Media Player for Macintosh. If you quit and restart Windows Media Player, the Mute button does not function properly.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, click the Mute button twice.
