XL2001: Error Message "Topic Could Not Be Found" in Spreadsheet Solutions Template Help (268414)

When you open one of the Spreadsheet Solutions templates in the Project Gallery, and then click Template Help on the floating toolbar specific to that template, you receive the following error message:
The help file "MS Excel Solutions Help" containing this topic could not be found. Run the installer to add or replace help files.
The Microsoft Office 2001 for Mac Value Pack contains components that complement Microsoft Office and the individual Office programs.
The Software Solutions templates are included in the Value Pack. However, the Help files for the Spreadsheet Solutions templates are not included.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the Help file is unavailable. The Help file is unavailable because the Help files for the Spreadsheet Solutions templates are not included in the Value Pack.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Excel 2001 for Mac.
