SYMPTOMS

The Convlog utility stops processing a log file when it reaches an incorrectly formatted line. The next lines are not processed.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Internet Information Services 5.0.
This problem was first corrected in Windows 2000 Service Pack 2.

MORE INFORMATION

This fix adds the -c switch so that you can continue processing a file even if Convlog reaches an incorrectly formatted line.
