When you try to start Internet Explorer or an instance of Internet
Explorer, Internet Explorer may start very slowly.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if you have a very large Rasphone.pbk file on your computer. When you start Internet Explorer, the Rasphone.pbk file must be parsed, and this process can take a large amount of time.
