Mapped Drive Displays Incorrect Capacity Information (266811)

When you view the capacities of mapped network drives, the remote drive size information may be incorrect.
To view the capacities and other information about mapped network drives, do one of the following:
- In Windows Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
In the Folder Options dialog box, click Web View and then close the Folder Options dialog box. In the Folders list, click the mapped drive. Information is displayed in the right pane.

- In Windows Explorer, right-click the mapped drive. On the shortcut menu, click Properties.

This behavior can occur if the mapped drive is larger than 2 gigabytes (GB).
