SYMPTOMS

When you try to use Clonepr.vbs to clone users from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based domain to Windows 2000-based domain and the users from the Windows NT 4.0-based domain are members of any local group on a Windows 2000-based computer, you cannot remove the users from the local group.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
