Terminal Services Client Files Not Updated After Windows 2000 SP1 Installation (265817)

After you install Windows 2000 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on a computer that already has the Windows 2000 Terminal Services client installed, reinstalling the Terminal Services client does not update all the Terminal Services client files.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, uninstall the Terminal Services client from the computer, install Windows 2000 SP1, and then reinstall the Terminal Services client from a server that has already been upgraded with Windows 2000 SP1.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
