Natural Keyboard Elite Does Not Respond After You Resume from Standby Mode (265412)

SYMPTOMS

After you resume your computer from Standby mode, the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elite may not respond to your input.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the Natural Keyboard Elite is connected to the Universal Serial Bus (USB) in a Sony PCV-R526DS computer.

RESOLUTION

You may be able to resolve this issue by connecting the Sony keyboard to the USB port, and connecting the Natural Keyboard Elite to the PS/2 port in the computer.
