OL2000: Public Folder Calendar Not Refreshing Time Line View When Customized by Category (265102)

SYMPTOMS

When you set up a time line view in a public Calendar folder and attempt to view the contents by category, non-recurring meetings may not be displayed unless you click another folder, and then click the public Calendar folder again. This refreshes the view and displays all meetings.

RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Outlook 2000 service release that contains this hotfix.
