SYMPTOMS

When you are using Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition, and you are trying to print to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 1100 printer, you may receive a STOP 0x50 error message.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, replace the HP LaserJet 1100 printer drivers with HP LaserJet 4 printer drivers.
