SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to run Disk Defragmenter or Scandisk applications on your computer, they may not run to completion; the process may stop when it is anywhere from one percent to 50 percent complete. These symptoms may also occur when you attempt to run Disk Defragmenter or Scandisk from Safe mode.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if your computer has been infected with the "Fun Love" virus.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, consult your anti-virus software documentation to find out how to remove this virus.

You may be able to determine if your computer is infected with this virus by searching for a file named Flcss.exe. Although Flcss.exe is the main file for this virus, if you cannot find the file on your computer, it may still be infected.
