PUB2000: Text in Pack and Go Path Is Not Displayed Properly When Selected (264609)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Pack and Go feature in Microsoft Publisher 2000, you cannot manually edit the path to the folder in which the packed file is to be saved.

If you attempt to manually edit this path, the characters that you type appear on top of the characters in the existing path.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, click the Back button to clear the path display, click Next, and then click Browse to navigate to the folder in which you want to save the file.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Publisher 2000.
