SYMPTOMS

When you participate in a video conference, you may be listed as a participant even after the conference is finished.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur because you did not click Dismiss on the reminder message that is displayed on your screen five minutes before the conference is scheduled to end.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, click Dismiss when you receive the five-minute reminder message.
