After you upgrade to Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me), and you attempt to start the 3Com network interface card (NIC) Doctor from the Start menu, you may receive the following error message:
Problem with Shortcut
The item Tcaudiag.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly.
Do you want to delete this shortcut?
CAUSE
Some earlier versions of 3Com diagnostics are incompatible with Windows Me and are removed before the file copy phase of Windows Me Setup.
