BUG: eVB - CommandButton May Appear Black in Pocket PC Projects (263662)

SYMPTOMS

When a CommandButton control is clicked, the control appears black. This problem occurs only in Pocket PC projects.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

  1. Open Microsoft eMbedded Visual Basic 3.0.
  2. Create a new Windows CE for the Pocket PC project. Form1 is created by default.
  3. Add a CommandButton control to Form1.
  4. Run the project, and target either emulation or the remote device.
  5. Click the CommandButton and note that the control turns black when it is clicked.
