XCCC: Change Resource Link Is Not Displayed in the Conference Page (263259)

SYMPTOMS

When you view an Exchange 2000 conference, the Change Resource link that is used to change the resource mailbox that is associated with a conference is not displayed on the conference access page.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if the administrator has denied users the ability to change resource mailboxes.

RESOLUTION

As an administrator, you can configure the change resource mailbox option by following these steps:
  1. Click Start, point to Programs, click Microsoft Exchange, and then click Conferencing Manager.
  2. Right-click the Conferencing Site node, and then click Properties.
  3. Click the Conference Settings tab, and then click to select the Change conference resource check box.
  4. Click OK.
