Incorrect Dial-Up Networking Phone Number Previewing Connection (261811)

When you open the Dial-Up Networking folder and select an existing Dial-Up Networking connection, the preview properties for the connection display "Phone # or Host: 1-(area code)-phone number" even if the number is local and 10-digit dialing is not enabled. However, when you use the connection, the correct number is dialed.
For virtual private network (VPN) connections, the number may be displayed as
"1-(area code)-(host name)" or "IP address" in the preview properties.
