Maximize Command Is Not Disabled on the Magnifier Title Bar (261727)

If you right-click the title bar in the Magnifier Settings dialog box and then click Maximize on the shortcut menu, you can no longer see the desktop.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, click the Minimize button in the upper-right corner of the Magnifier Settings dialog box.

When you right-click the title bar in the Magnifier Settings dialog box, the Maximize command should not be available. If you click Maximize, you maximize the Magnifier Settings dialog box, which covers the desktop and prevents it from being displayed.
