Motocross Madness 2: Disabled Built-in Video Adapter Is Listed in the "Select a 3-D Renderer" Dialog Box (261063)

SYMPTOMS

When you start Motocross Madness 2 on a computer in which a video adapter is built in to the motherboard, the built-in video adapter may be listed in the Select a 3-D Renderer dialog box, even if the built-in video adapter is disabled.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the built-in video adapter is not disabled properly.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact your hardware manufacturer to inquire about how to configure the jumpers on the motherboard or change the BIOS settings for the computer to properly disable the built-in video adapter.

If you do not receive the Select a 3-D Renderer dialog box when you start Motocross Madness 2:
  1. On the Motocross Madness 2 startup screen, click Options (the three gears).
  2. Click Advanced.
  3. Click to select the Show 3-D Renderer Selector at Startup check box.
  4. Click Back (the pointing hand) until you return to the Motocross Madness 2 startup screen.
  5. Click the X button to quit Motocross Madness 2.
  6. Restart Motocross Madness 2.
