XCCC: Links Are Still Active After You Click Send (260814)

SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), if you send a message, the links in the message may still be active, and it may appear that the message is not sent. In addition, the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) version of the message may become distorted.

NOTE: This problem may also occur when you create an appointment.

CAUSE

This problem can occur in any of the following scenarios:
  • You are working too quickly.
  • The server is slow.
  • The response time of a modem is slow.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
