XCCC: Conferencing Error Message: "ResourceAccount" Is Already Booked for the Specified Time (260761)

When you schedule an online conference for a date and time that is later than eleven months from the present, you may receive the following error message:
"ResourceAccount" is already booked for the specified time. You must use another time or find another resource.
This error may occur even though the resource mailbox has never been used.
CAUSE
The Exchange 2000 Conferencing Service publishing range is from the first day of the previous month to one year from that date.
WORKAROUND
Do not schedule online conferences more than eleven months in advance.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
