Automatic Content Deployment Reports Duplicate File Sends When Only One File Is Changed (259973)

In the Microsoft Management Console (MMC), when you view the projects, a project may indicate that two files have been deployed (indicating that two files were changed), even when only one file was actually changed and deployed.
CAUSE
This problem is a result of automatic ACL replication with Content Deployment when you use transactions.
WORKAROUNDPerform the following commands from a system running the automatic Content Deployment project:
Setglobal TransactionMethod=No
CRS Stop
CRS Start

Use FAT file system. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Site Server 3.0.
