PUB2000 Error Message: Publisher Cannot Pack the Publication (259608)

When you run the Pack and Go Wizard in Microsoft
Publisher 2000, you may receive the following error message:
Publisher cannot pack the publication. Make sure your hard disk is not
full.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you attempt to pack your publication to
a CD-ROM writer.
RESOLUTION
All CD-ROM writers require proprietory software to write information to
a CD-ROM. This software is provided with the CD-ROM writer.
To resolve this issue, pack the publication to your hard disk, and
then use the software provided with the CD-ROM writer to copy the files
on your hard disk to your CD-ROM writer.
