Error in Svchost.exe When Running Aventail Connect Client (259275)

SYMPTOMS

If you are running the Aventail Connect client version 3.1, you may receive the following error message:
Svchost.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.
You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being generated.

RESOLUTION

Remove the Aventail Connect client, or upgrade the client to a newer version. Versions of Aventail Connect that are earlier than version 3.21 are not supported on Windows 2000.
