OL98: Characters Appear as Meaningless Symbols When You Use a Non-English Language Version of Outlook on Windows 2000 (258686)

When you run the Greek or Russian language version of Outlook 98 on Windows 2000, create a profile and then add the Internet Mail service, the characters in the Internet Profile Wizard appear as meaningless symbols.
RESOLUTION
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem.
