SYMPTOMS

While the results are being processed after you type keywords in the Address bar to perform a search, you may receive the following Content Advisor message:

This page does not have a rating.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur because the The Microsoft Network (MSN) search results Web pages do not have a Platform for Internet Content Selection (PICS) rating. If the supervisor has not enabled the "Users can see sites that have no rating" feature, Content Advisor generates the message listed earlier in this article.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, the supervisor must provide the appropriate password to proceed and then view the searches, or the supervisor must click to select the Users can see sites that have no rating check box.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
