If you use rules to apply color to messages you receive in Outlook Express, some messages may not apply the color correctly.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if the message was sent using Outlook Express 5.0.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
