XWEB: Can't Open a Contact from the Detailed Address Card View if the File as Field Is Empty (256353)

When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), you cannot open a contact in the Detailed Address Cards view in Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or Netscape Navigator 4.5.
CAUSE
The File As field for the contact has been left blank.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
