SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to start the retail version of Microsoft Picture It! 2000, you may receive the following error message:
Missing Component: EULA acceptance has failed. Please reinstall Picture It!
If you click OK, Picture It! 2000 quits.

NOTE: This behavior occurs every time you attempt to start Picture It! 2000.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, do one of the following: Install the lates version of Microsoft Internet Explorer from the following Microsoft Web site:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/download/default.asp

Uninstall Picture It! 2000:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
  3. Click Microsoft Picture It! 2000, and then click Add/Remove.
  4. Click Next, and then click Remove.
  5. Click Finish.
