SYMPTOMS

When you print from Exchange 2000 Server Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), you may experience the following problems, depending on the browser that you use to gain access to OWA:
  • If you use Internet Explorer 4.x to gain access to OWA:

If you print an appointment or meeting request compose form, an appointment or meeting request read form, or a Contact form, only the first 23 lines of text in the notes field are printed. If you attempt to scroll to the bottom of the notes field and reprint the item, the printout only contains the uppermost 23 lines of the notes text.

  • If you use Internet Explorer 5 to gain access to OWA:

If you print an appointment or meeting request compose form or an appointment or meeting request read form, only two lines of the notes field are printed.

  • If you use Netscape Navigator 4.07 to gain access to OWA:
    • If you print an appointment or meeting request compose form, only the first 23 lines of text in the notes field are printed. If you attempt to scroll to the bottom of the of the notes field and reprint the item, the printout only contains the uppermost 23 lines of the notes.
    • If you print an appointment or meeting request read form, none of the notes field is printed.
    • If you print an appointment or meeting recurrence form, the date fields always print the date as 1/1/98.
    • If you print a Contact form, all of the fields are printed empty.
