SYMPTOMS

When you are using Internet Explorer to view Web pages, the program may stop responding or quit unexpectedly.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, you can check to see that all Internet Explorer 5 files are intact, or you can try a repair of the Microsoft Windows 2000 installation.

Reinstalling Internet Explorer does not resolve the behavior.
