Collating Multiple-Page Print Jobs May Not Work (253864)

When you print multiple copies of a multiple-page document and you select the Collate check box in the Print dialog box, only one copy of the document may be printed.
CAUSE
Collating is an advanced feature that should not be available if you clear the Enable Advanced Printing Features check box on the Advanced tab in the printer properties.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, click to select the Enable Advanced Printing Features check box on the Advanced tab in the printer properties.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
