OL2000: Can Not Open the Same PST from Two Computers Using Terminal Server (253398)

SYMPTOMS

When you run Outlook using Microsoft Windows NT Terminal Server Edition you are unable to open your personal folder file (.pst) from two separate clients. You receive the message:
Outlook could not open the PST file you were using. Do you want to create a new one or browse to an existing PST?

CAUSE

Personal folder files (.pst) cannot be shared. The same file cannot be opened by two different clients simultaneously.
