SYMPTOMS

When using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA), the following behavior occurs:

When you attempt to open or view an unsent draft message created in Microsoft Outlook and then copied to a public folder, you receive an error message similar to the following:
You are not authorized to view this page.

You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.

If you believe you should be able to view this directory or page, please try to contact the Web site by using any e-mail address or phone number that may be listed on the servername home page.

Click Search to look for information on the Internet.
