PIP: Gradient Fill Becomes a Solid Color (250306)

f you assign a gradient fill to a colored shape in the programs listed
at the beginning of this article, the gradient fill may become a solid
color when you click Flip the gradient.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs if you click Reset, return the color of
the shape to its original color, and then click Redo before you
click Flip the gradient.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, click Reset, reselect the gradient
fill that you assigned to the shape, and then click Flip the gradient.
The gradient fill does not become a solid color, and the gradient is
flipped correctly.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
