OL2000: (CW) No Message Generated When Attempting to Use Microsoft Exchange Conference Resource Without Permissions (249747)

SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to send a meeting request for a Microsoft Exchange Conference Resource for which you do not have permissions, Outlook does not generate an error message, nor does it send your request. The meeting dialog box also remains open. If you close the dialog box, you receive a prompt to save your changes.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
