In Outlook 2000 Japanese edition, when you import a Microsoft Mail file (.mmf) to Outlook 2000, the Microsoft Mail file (.mmf) does not appear on the
Import and Export menu.
CAUSE
Missing information about the Microsoft Mail file from the Office 2000 Setup causes this problem.
RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix.
