When you attempt to preview an e-mail project in any of the products
listed at the beginning of this article, you may receive the following
error message:
DVD Transform Filter
DVD Decoder Initialize Error.
If you click OK, you receive the following error message:
Hpub caused an invalid page fault in module Dvdtra.ax.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if Microsoft Windows Media Player is damaged or
not installed properly.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of Windows
Media Player from the Windows Update Web site at the following address
or from the following Microsoft Web site:
MORE INFORMATION
This behavior can occur even if a DVD-ROM drive is not installed in the
computer.
